NSW Forum - From apprenticeship to craftsmanship: use of clinical information to improve service delivery and outcomes

This NSW Forum will be held 22 June 2010 at the Grace Hotel, 77 York St, Sydney. The aim of the forum is to provide mental health consumers, clinicians and managers with the opportunity to showcase their use of outcome measures such as the K10, SDQ and HoNOS, and other routinely collected clinical information, to improve service delivery and outcomes.
Potential topics could include:
- Consumer initiatives involving outcome measurement
- Use of outcome measures to support local clinical practice
- Use of outcome measurement for clinical practice improvement
- Use of outcome measurement for service or program evaluation, planning or development
- Use of outcome measures for benchmarking
