This workshop is designed for service managers who wish to learn more of the National Outcomes and Casemix Collection and how it can be used to understand and improve organizational performance. A feature of the program is hearing Dr Peter Brann (Director, Research and Evaluation, Eastern Health CYMHS and School of Psychology, Psychiatry and Psychological Medicine, Monash University) sharing his experience of the National Mental Health Benchmarking Project and how it has informed quality improvement activities within his service.
