AMHOCN will be hosting a forum in Melbourne at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The aim of this forum is to provide consumers, clinicians and managers with the opportunity to showcase their use of outcome measures, and other routinely collected clinical information, to improve service delivery and outcomes. - Consumer initiatives involving outcome and casemix measurement
- Use of outcome and casemix measures to support local clinical practice
- Use of outcome and casemix measurement for clinical practice improvement
- Use of outcome and casemix measurement for service or program evaluation, planning or development
- Use of outcome and casemix measures for benchmarking
We encourage mental health staff, consumers and carers to present on innovative work happening within their services.
