WA Forum - Improving Service Quality: the aim of mental health information development in Western Australia

This forum will be held from 9:00am - 5:00pm on 12 May 2010 at the Novotel Langley Perth, 221 Adelaide Terrace, Perth. It will provide an opportunity for WA consumers, carers, clinicians and service managers to share ideas and explore how mental health information, including outcome measurement, can be used to ensure transparent and accountable mental health services, focussed on ongoing quality improvement. The forum will look at how mental health information can be used by consumers to understand treatment options, by carers to help them understand the outcomes that can be expected, by clinicians to inform their clinical practice and by service managers to review the performance of their services.
